Spring is the season of renewal. It is a time of setting new patterns of self-care in motion, as we move from the winter season - characterized by stillness - into a time of growth and flow and dynamic movement.

 

The Re-Bloom Spring Health package is for you if you’re seeking personalized support to help you reconnect with how you truly want to feel—physically, emotionally, and energetically.​

Throughout the course of six 1:1 sessions, we work together - inviting positive shifts into the many layers of your health - so that you can step into a more aligned and authentic version of yourself.​​

These 1:1 sessions are for you if:

  • You are ready for change but overwhelmed about where to start and could use some guidance and allyship.
     

  • You want a holistic reset (of body, mind, and spirit—not just body)

  • Your 1-month, 1-year health goals

  • Real-life constraints (time, finances, energy) and how to work with them—not against them

We co-create a clear, holistic, personalized roadmap to follow that fits your life which includes:

  • A Diet & Nourishment plan (aligned with the seasons and your body’s needs)
     

  • Lifestyle adjustments (movement, nature connection, daily rhythms, boundaries, sleep habits)
     

  • Nervous system regulation and emotional hygiene (metabolizing grief, emotional release work)

  • Spiritual or grounding practice (prayer, ritual, ceremony, honouring important thresholds)
